Tar is a crafting material in Enshrouded. It is made at the Charcoal Kiln from 24 Any Wood and 6 Any Dirt.
How to Get Tar Guide
It is made at the Charcoal Kiln. One craft makes 20. There are three ways to obtain Tar: Crafting, a burnt out Campfire or burning Food. A burnt out campfire will yield 1 Tar per 2 Wood required to craft the Campfire, whilst crafting will yield 1 Tar per 1.5 Wood + 0.3 Dirt. Burning food will yield 1 Tar.

- Obtain cookable foods and continue to roast them over a fire beyond them being cooked. This will create Tar.
- After the basic campfire goes out you will be able to get Tar from it. It takes time for the campfire to extinguish, attacking it to destroy it speeds up this process.
