Horksbane is a unique steel mace from Dragonborn with 10 base damage. It lies beside the corpse of Saden, its former owner, on Horker Island near Solstheim. The mace can be picked up at any level.

Its effect lists 20 points of extra damage against horkers. The mace still takes a new enchantment at an arcane enchanter on top of it.

Enchanted weapons require the Arcane Blacksmith Perk to upgrade.

Upgrades

Horksbane is improved at a grindstone with one Steel Ingot per improvement. The Steel Smithing perk doubles the improvement, so each quality tier needs less Smithing skill. An enchanted copy can only be improved with the Arcane Blacksmith perk.

Weapon Levels
