Relic: During Open Sesame!, open the chest next to the pillar with the pressure plate in the Borsody Auction House vault.
Master: Buy it from Dulla kh'Amanni, the Ofieri merchant in Upper Mill (Brunwich).

The Relic version is missable, because its chest is tied to Open Sesame!.
