Toussaint knight's gauntlets are heavy gauntlets from Blood and Wine, in looted Master, quest Master, Magic and Relic versions. The crafted Relic version gives 99 armor and +450 vitality at level 47. Its +25% Poison resistance is the highest of any gauntlets. Its diagram is just south of Arthach Palace Ruins.

Why Players Pick It

The Relic version adds +6% resistance to piercing, bludgeoning and slashing damage.

The other versions start at 3 armor and gain 2 armor per level. Their piercing and slashing resistance is +4% on the looted Master version, +3% plus 1 random Master effect on the quest Master version, and +5% plus 1 random Magic effect on the Magic version.

When to Use It

The quest version arrives at Geralt's current level during The Warble of a Smitten Knight in Toussaint. The Relic needs level 47, so these are late game Blood and Wine gauntlets.

The same name exists in 4 versions, each with its own figures.

How to Get Toussaint knight's gauntlets

Relic: go just south of Arthach Palace Ruins. The diagram is in a bandit camp or in a treasure guarded by archespores, depending on the region's hanse base. An armorer crafts them.
Master (quest): Geralt receives them as part of his custom armor set when he enters the tournament during The Warble of a Smitten Knight.
Master (loot): loot the chest at the Coopers' Slope abandoned site, where Geralt must defeat a cyclops for Knight for Hire. Toussaint armorers sell them.
Magic: loot the big upstairs chest at Fort Astre Ruins, which holds the entire set. Other copies are in the sack by the cart in Big Feet to Fill: The Third Group, the sack by a corpse at the vampire den south of Troubleu, and the chest where François le Goff sleeps in Feet as Cold as Ice. Toussaint armorers sell them.

Notes

In NG+ the Relic version's level rises by the NG+ starting level.
