Racists of Novigrad is an unmarked secondary quest in Novigrad. It comes in two parts. In each one, a group of townsmen harasses elves in the street. Geralt can walk on or stand up for them, though the elves are far from grateful.
Racists of Novigrad Map Location and Quest Guide
Racists of Novigrad map location:
- Head north from Portside Gate to the second crossroads.
- Find the townsmen harassing a female elf.
- Ask the elf why she will not tell the truth.
- Defend her or walk away.
- Go to the dye pits northeast of Tretogor Gate.
- Find the townsmen harassing a group of male elves.
- Tell the townsmen to leave the elves alone, then kill them when they attack.
- Talk to the elves to finish the quest.

Choices
At the first crossroads, the townsmen are sure the female elf is up to something. If Geralt walks away, they insult her once more and let her go. If he defends her, the men back off, since they know he could kill them. The elf stays bitter and answers him with sarcasm either way.
At the dye pits, Geralt can step in or go his own way. Standing up for the elves means a fight with the townsmen. Afterwards, Geralt can warn the elves to leave Novigrad before the Eternal Fire comes for them, or just say goodbye. The elves are annoyed at how few choices they have.
Notes
The female elf usually has to be met first before the male elves appear.
