Gwestog is a Relic steel sword from the base game. It rolls up to +10% Quen intensity and up to +10% chance to dismember. It is the prize for beating Olaf in Fists of Fury: Skellige. Its stats roll when it is won. The fixed copies are all in Skellige.
Each copy rolls +2-10% Quen sign intensity and +4-10% chance to dismember, with a fixed +2% chance to freeze. The Quen bonus adds to a Quen tank build.
It has 3 rune slots, which can hold three runestones or one runeword.
How to Get Gwestog
- Play Fists of Fury: Skellige and defeat Olaf for the reward.
- Witch hunters can also drop it at random during Now or Never.
- It also drops as random loot.
Gwestog Map Location and Quest Guide
The pin marks Olaf, the champion of Fists of Fury: Skellige, at the arena northeast of Urialla Harbor on An Skellig. Olaf is a bear, and beating him with bare fists wins Geralt the relic Gwestog.
- Read the notice on the Kaer Trolde Harbor notice board, or find the fistfighters in front of The New Port.
- Beat Valgard at Kaer Trolde Harbor.
- Beat Grim in Arinbjorn.
- Beat Einar in Harviken.
- Go to the arena northeast of Urialla Harbor and talk to the bookie.
- Enter the arena and punch Olaf, the bear, to defeat him and win Gwestog.
