Shock Therapy is a secondary quest at Gedyneith on Ard Skellig. A druid named Egill has lost his voice, and his friend thinks the usual cures have failed. The friend wants to try something new: scaring the voice back into him. Geralt agrees to test the idea.

Shock Therapy map location:
- Talk to the druid near the Gedyneith signpost.
- Go visit Egill.
- Help Egill recover his voice by giving him a scare.
- Keep trying to scare the druid until he recovers his voice, three times in all.
- Return to the druid who gave the task.

Egill never lost his voice to an illness. He had taken a vow of silence, and the "cure" was a practical joke on him.
