The Cleaver of St. Felms is a Tribunal Temple relic, brought into Skyrim by the Ghosts of the Tribunal Creation. It is the heaviest war axe in its class at 17, and it carries two enchantments at once rather than the usual one.
Weapon Enchantment
Burns the target for 30 points, with extra damage against a target already on fire, and absorbs 25 points of magicka on the same hit. Against a mage the second effect matters more than the first.
Where to Find the Cleaver of St. Felms
- Vesparth the Toe carries it. She is one of the Tribunal worshippers who took refuge with the others.
- If you side with the Tribunal Temple and she follows you, the axe can simply be traded for. Otherwise it is looted from her body.
Smithing Guide
Tempering it needs the Arcane Blacksmith perk, because the weapon is enchanted. The material perk below doubles what each improvement is worth.
