The Eye of Melka is a Destruction staff that hurls a fireball. Melka, the hagraven of Blind Cliff Cave, gives it as the reward for The Affairs of Hagravens once Petra is dead.
Weapon Enchantment
Each cast is a fiery explosion of 40 points of damage in a 15 foot radius. Targets already on fire take extra damage. Higher Destruction skill lowers the charge each use costs.

Eye of Melka Map Location and Quest Guide
Eye of Melka map location:
The Eye of Melka is the reward from the hagraven Melka in Blind Cliff Cave, in the Reach. Her quest, The Affairs of Hagravens, starts on finding her caged in Blind Cliff Bastion.
- Travel to Blind Cliff Cave in the Reach.
- Enter Blind Cliff Bastion and find Melka in her cage.
- Free Melka.
- Follow Melka through the tower as she points out the traps.
- Kill the hagraven Petra.
- Ask Melka for a reward to receive the Eye of Melka.
