Antoine Straggen, called Starling, is the leader of a bandit hanse in Toussaint. His band holds the Arthach Palace Ruins in the north of the duchy. Geralt faces him in Blood and Wine, in the secondary quest Knight for Hire.
Story
The Arthach Palace Ruins are a hanse base full of bandits and their dogs. If a bandit lights the signal fire, more men arrive to help. Straggen waits at the top of the tower. Clearing the base is one of the contracts the ducal camerlengo offers in Knight for Hire.
The ruins are also a stop in Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Feline Gear. A chest near the signal fire holds two Grandmaster Feline diagrams and the hanse leader's notes. The notes point the way to the Pits of Brume. Once the hanse is gone, a blacksmith sets up shop in the ruins.
