Caerme is a Relic steel sword from the base game with 3 rune slots. It rolls +1-10 fire damage, +1-12% Igni sign intensity and +1-10% chance to dismember. It is random loot, and the guarded treasure in the crypt at Blandare cemetery often holds it. Its level rolls on the drop. Copies come from caves in Velen and Skellige as well as guarded treasures.
The Igni sign intensity and fire damage suit a signs build that leans on Igni. Each bonus rolls on every copy, so two Caerme swords can differ. Its 3 rune slots hold three runestones or one runeword, which fills all three slots of a sword.
How to Get Caerme
- Go to the crypt at Blandare cemetery and defeat the 3 wraiths that guard the treasure.
- Open the guarded treasure. It often holds Caerme, possibly every time.
