- Follow it to the treasure southeast of Blandare to get the sword.

The pin marks Freya Be Praised!, a treasure hunt just southeast of Blandare on Ard Skellig. The relic D'yaebl waits in the dead merchant's sunken chest at the end of the hunt.
- Go to the wagon with the dead horse and merchant just southeast of Blandare.
- Loot the merchant's body for his notes and the small chest key, then read the notes.
- Head south past the mucknixers, or skirt around them to the west.
- Dive into the water, find the chest with Witcher Senses and loot it for D'yaebl.
