Open Sesame: Witcher Seasonings is part of the Hearts of Stone main quest Open Sesame!. War has turned Oxenfurt from a city of students into a city of soldiers. Redanian patrols fill every street, and the heist needs fewer of them. Geralt plans to slip an alchemical mixture into the soldiers' rations and put half the garrison on sick leave.
Open Sesame: Witcher Seasonings Quest Guide
- Agree to the heist in Open Sesame! and set out to prepare for the robbery.
- Brew the Cleansing Mixture from two Rotfiend Blood, two Wolfsbane and one Dwarven Spirit.
- Go to the marked area in Oxenfurt.
- Turn on Witcher Senses and eavesdrop on the Redanian guards in the first zone.
- Move on to the next zone of guards when a talk turns up nothing.
- Keep listening until one pair gives away where the garrison cook works.
- Visit the cook during the day.
- Pay him 500 crowns or use Axii to make him spike the stew.
Choices
The cook asks 500 crowns to add the mixture to his pot. Axii convinces him to do it for nothing.
