The Family Blade is a secondary quest in Skellige. Someone has stolen Kuliu, the family sword of Crach an Craite, from the treasure room of Kaer Trolde. The furious jarl promises a fat bounty to whoever finds the blade and punishes the thief. The quest starts at the Kaer Trolde notice board or with the guardsman Olaf.
The Family Blade Map Location and Quest Guide
The Family Blade map location:
- Take the notice about the stolen sword, or talk to Olaf at Kaer Trolde Harbor.
- Look for the thieves' camp near the obelisk.
- Kill the thieves and search their camp for Kuliu.
- Read the journal found in the camp.
- Track down the thieves at the old fort.
- Kill the thieves and search their camp.
- Read the next journal.
- Look for the thieves near the whale graveyard.
- Kill the last thieves and take Kuliu from their camp.
- Return Kuliu to Olaf at Kaer Trolde.
