Tor Zireael is a Relic silver sword with 3 rune slots. It rolls +20-25% Igni and +5-15% Quen sign intensity, with a 20% chance to freeze. It is random loot inside caves in Velen and Skellige and in guarded treasures. Each drop rolls its own level and damage.
The Igni and Quen bonuses suit a signs build. It also rolls a 1-2% chance for an instant kill.
