Steel is a metal Material Resource that can be found in Enshrouded.
How to get the Steel
Currently it is not possible to craft Steel in Enshrouded. Since Enshrouded is an early access game the developers have not actually created a method for crafting Steel yet.
Unfortunately the Smithing Tools (which require steel) cannot be crafted for this reason. Hopefully a future update fixes this.
