Enshrouded - Chests

In the game Enshrouded, chests play a crucial role in storing your resources, materials, and gear, which is a common feature in survival crafting games. These storage solutions are essential for organizing and holding the various items collected during gameplay. As you progress in the game, you can create more chests, thereby expanding their storage capacity.

Magic Chests provide base-wide access to any crafting materials stored within them, allowing you to access their stored items from any crafting station or Crafter within their base. This system significantly streamlines the crafting process by reducing the need to physically transport materials from one location to another.

Chest Sizes and Magic Chests

The smallest chests are made at the Workbench and the larger ones by the Carpenter. In slots: Tiny Chest 16 slots, Small Chest 24 slots, Medium Chest 32 slots, Large Chest 40 slots, Huge Chest 56 slots and Enormous Magic Chest 72 slots.

A magic chest holds as much as the plain chest of its size, and every workshop within about 100 metres crafts straight from it; the Enormous Magic Chest reaches your whole Flame Altar base. The Quick Stack Station moves items from your backpack onto matching stacks in nearby magic chests.
