Jester's Gloves are on a table just inside the Dawnstar Sanctuary. The sanctuary opens during The Cure for Madness in the Dark Brotherhood questline.
- Speak to Astrid in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary.
- Find Cicero's journal and take it to Astrid.
- Travel to the Dawnstar Sanctuary.
- Take Jester's Gloves from the table in the first room.
