Bartolomé de Launay is an armorer of Toussaint. His estate, Villa Vedette, lies in the north of the duchy. Geralt visits it in Blood and Wine, in the treasure hunt Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Feline Gear.
Story
Geralt's search for the Grandmaster Feline diagrams begins at de Launay's estate. The front gate is locked, so Geralt climbs over the wall. Inside, bandits hold a clerk captive. After the fight, the clerk lets Geralt search the house.
Behind a painting, Geralt finds the diagram for the Grandmaster Feline Armor. A letter to Bartolomé de Launay lies with it. The letter points to the Arthach Palace Ruins nearby, the base of a bandit hanse. From there, the trail leads on to a cave called the Pits of Brume.
