Daystar is a Relic steel sword with 3 rune slots. It adds +4-8 fire damage and an 8% chance to cause burning. Five fixed copies lie in Skellige, one of them on Abaya during Contract: Muire D'yaeblen. The level rolls as each copy drops, so the Skellige blades fit any stage of a playthrough.
The fire damage and burning chance put fire on top of normal sword damage. It also rolls +1-3% bonus gold.
How to Get Daystar
- Take it from Abaya during Contract: Muire D'yaeblen, in the bay below Kaer Trolde.
- Loot the corpse in the nightwraith chamber during Peace Disturbed.
- Loot the corpse near the basilisk guarded treasure on an island northwest of An Skellig.
- Loot the corpse between the two eastern circles southeast of Arinbjorn.
- Loot the corpse in a jail cell at Castle Tuirseach during Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear.
- It also drops as random loot.
Daystar Map Location
The pin marks a corpse leaning against a fence southeast of Arinbjorn on Ard Skellig, between the two eastern circles. The relic Daystar always lies on this body.
