Elihal is an elven tailor with a workshop on the outskirts of Novigrad. He sells masks, fine clothes and fashion accessories. Geralt meets him while looking for Dandelion during the quest Broken Flowers.
Lore
Elihal is a fine tailor and a wonderful person to talk to. He has an unusual hobby. He likes to take on the dress and manners of people unlike himself in race, sex and social rank.
Story
In Broken Flowers, Geralt reads one of Dandelion's notes and takes it to mean that Elihal and the bard were lovers. He visits the tailor's shop and learns otherwise. Nothing more than friendship and fine wine ever passed between the two. Elihal does not know where Dandelion is. He says that the bard last came in for some tailoring, but seemed more interested in asking about Kalkstein, an alchemist who had been burned at the stake.
In A Matter of Life and Death, Triss needs a fox mask for a masquerade ball at the Vegelbud residence. She sends Geralt to Elihal's shop to buy it.
