Great Sun Armor is a Relic heavy chest armor from the base game. It gives +20% Quen intensity and a 5% chance to deflect projectiles with Quen. It turns up as random loot in underwater treasures in Skellige and in some Hearts of Stone treasure chests. Each copy rolls its level and armor on the drop.

It also gives +40% piercing, +30% bludgeoning and +45% slashing resistance. Its Quen bonus and the projectile deflect suit a Quen tank build.

How to Get Great Sun Armor

  • Search underwater treasures in Skellige.
  • Open Hearts of Stone treasure chests, where it can also drop.
