Hidden in the Depths is a treasure hunt on Faroe in Skellige. It starts by a cave near the beach southwest of Harviken. A body there carries a letter from a pirate named Vrogg to his partner Njall. The pair cheated their captain, Jorre, and hid his treasure at their old puffin hunting grounds. Geralt finds the loot deep in a flooded cave.

Hidden in the Depths map location:
- Travel to the cave by the beach southwest of Harviken.
- Kill the endrega near the cave mouth.
- Loot the sitting body for the letter and the key.
- Read the letter.
- Enter the cave next to the body.
- Dive and swim through the flooded tunnels.
- Kill the endrega drones and the venomous arachas.
- Open the chest deep in the cave to finish the hunt.
