Ironsides' Treasure is a treasure hunt in the waters of Skellige. It starts on a small island southeast of the Grotto, where a skeleton lies beside an overturned boat. The skeleton carries the notes of a young man who killed the pirate Noorhis Ironsides with help from his wife, Marie. He set out alone to raise the treasure ship that Ironsides had sunk, just as a storm was coming. Geralt dives for the sunken treasure.

- Travel to the small island southeast of the Grotto.
- Loot the skeleton by the overturned boat for the notes.
- Read the notes about treasure.
- Swim east into the search area.
- Kill the sirens.
- Dive in the middle of the search area with Witcher Senses.
- Open the sunken chest to finish the hunt.
