Out of the Frying Pan, into the Fire is a treasure hunt in Velen. It starts in Mowshurst, a burned village where ghouls now feed. In a cellar, Geralt finds the body of a villager who nailed himself in while soldiers killed everyone outside. His notes tell of a man named Antosh, who stashed his things beside a haystack in the fields. With no one left alive to claim it, Geralt takes the stash.
