Stranger in a Strange Land is a secondary quest in Skellige. It starts in the tavern at Arinbjorn, right after Geralt rids the village of a wraith. Two young warriors pick a fight with him, and the brawl lands him before the jarl, Madman Lugos.

- Finish Contract: The Phantom of Eldberg in Arinbjorn.
- Step into the village tavern for a drink.
- Fight Kori and Kraki when they start trouble.
- Defeat the two warriors.
- Go outside to see what is happening.
- Put down the weapons and hand Geralt over to the jarl.
- Get out of the prison.
- Stand trial before Madman Lugos.
- Listen to the verdict.

Notes
- Madman Lugos pays Geralt's blood price and sets him free. If The Cave of Dreams is still to come, Lugos asks Geralt to help his son, Blueboy Lugos, in the cave.
- If The Cave of Dreams is already done, Lugos frees Geralt to repay that help.
