Choices
When Madman Lugos sends Geralt, the help pays off Geralt's debt to Clan Drummond. At the end, Geralt can turn down payment. Blueboy Lugos then thanks him and clears him of all debts to the clan.
Geralt can also ask for payment. Blueboy Lugos learns that Geralt owed the help to his father. He hands over the gold, but Geralt loses the respect of the clan's heir.
When Geralt finds the ship on his own, Blueboy Lugos simply rewards him for his help.
