The Toussaint Crossbow, Geralt of Rivia's Crossbow and Ravix of Fourhorn's Crossbow are the best crossbows in the game. All three give +300% attack power and 13-17 damage at level 31. The Magic Toussaint Crossbow is the easiest of the three to get: it needs no quest, a chest at the Ducal Guard Post holds one, and every Toussaint blacksmith except the one at Ardaiso Quarry sells it. It is a Blood and Wine crossbow in two variants, both level 31. The Master variant has +250% attack power and 12-14 damage. Both are looted from containers in Toussaint and sold by Toussaint blacksmiths. It is a late-game crossbow.
The Magic variant has the same +300% attack power and 13-17 damage as Geralt of Rivia's Crossbow and Ravix of Fourhorn's Crossbow. The Master variant comes next at +250%. The crossbow brings flying monsters down and is the only usable weapon underwater. The Blood and Wine mutation Cat Eyes gives crossbow damage a big boost and adds +50% crossbow crit chance. It also makes bolts pierce and stun or knock down.

How to Get Toussaint Crossbow
- Magic: Open the chest at the Ducal Guard Post, south of the San Sebastian signpost. It is also sold by every Toussaint blacksmith except the one at Ardaiso Quarry.
- Master: Open the bandit camp chest west of the Trading Post, the barrel in Prince Anséis' tent at the Tourney Grounds, or the barrel at the Tourney Grounds shooting range. It is also sold by every Toussaint blacksmith except the one at Ardaiso Quarry.
Toussaint Crossbow Map Location
The pin marks the Tourney Grounds in Toussaint. A master Toussaint Crossbow lies in a barrel in Prince Anséis' tent there. The barrel at the shooting range can hold another one, alternating with bolts.
