Geralt of Rivia's Crossbow, Ravix of Fourhorn's Crossbow and the Toussaint Crossbow are the best crossbows in the game. All three give +300% attack power and 13-17 damage at level 31. This one is the prize for winning the Tourney Grounds shooting contest under Geralt's own name during The Warble of a Smitten Knight; entering as Ravix of Fourhorn wins the other. It is a Magic crossbow from Blood and Wine. It is a late-game crossbow at level 31 from the Tourney Grounds in Toussaint.
Ravix of Fourhorn's Crossbow and the Magic Toussaint Crossbow have the same +300% attack power and 13-17 damage. The crossbow brings flying monsters down and is the only usable weapon underwater. The Blood and Wine mutation Cat Eyes gives crossbow damage a big boost and raises crossbow crit chance by 50%. It also makes bolts pierce and stun or knock down, which is the base of a crossbow build.
How to Get Geralt of Rivia's Crossbow
- During The Warble of a Smitten Knight, enter the shooting contest at the Tourney Grounds under Geralt's own name.
- Win the contest to receive the crossbow.

The pin marks the Tourney Grounds in Toussaint, where the tournament of The Warble of a Smitten Knight takes place. Vivienne awards Geralt of Rivia's Crossbow to the winner of the shooting contest. This variant comes from entering the tourney under Geralt's own name.
- Defeat the shaelmaar during The Beast of Toussaint to unlock The Warble of a Smitten Knight.
- Visit Guillaume in the medics' tent at the Tourney Grounds.
- Agree to help Guillaume. Practicing the events first is optional.
- Go to the inscription tent and enter the tourney under the name Geralt of Rivia.
- Go to the shooting range.
- Shoot all the red targets before the opponent hits all of the blue ones.
- Win the contest to receive Geralt of Rivia's Crossbow from Vivienne.
