Making A Home is an early Flame quest that turns a shelter into a home. Furniture adds comfort, which makes the Rested buff last longer. A bed lets the player sleep through the dangerous night, and cooked food gives buffs that raise stats or regeneration.
Walkthrough
The quest step by step:
- Craft or obtain a bed, such as the Crude Mattress, and place it in the shelter.
- Cook something over a fire, for example a Raw Meat and Tomato Skewer.
- Check the food buff in the backpack, then eat the food to complete the quest.
Lying down at night passes the time to sunrise and skips the tougher night enemies.
