The Small Backpack increases your carrying capacity by an additional 8 slots in Enshrouded. Backpacks give you more inventory space for materials, its important to prioritise crafting a the backpack upgrade early for this reason.

How to get the Small Backpack
You can follow this guide to get the small backpack upgrade early in Enshrouded:
- First find the Hunter location, so she can craft it for you.
- Once you have found the Hunter you can use the summing staff to place her in your base, make sure she is placed under a roof to provide shelter. You can now ask the Hunter to craft you the Small Backpack upgrade, using the materials listed below.
- Once crafted you can place the backpack into your characters backpack extension slot to expand your inventory space.
