Cyrus' Sabre belonged to Cyrus the Restless, the Redguard hero of Redguard, and arrives with the Dead Man's Dread Creation. It carries no enchantment, but at 6 weight for 14 damage it is the lightest sword of its class in the game, and that ratio is the reason to carry it.
