The Blackwater Blade is a Cyrodiilic steel sword carried by the Blackwater Brigands, a pirate crew, and it came to Skyrim from Oblivion by way of the Dead Man's Dread Creation. Its enchantment drains stamina rather than health, which suits a fighter who wants enemies too tired to bash or sprint.
Weapon Enchantment
Absorbs 30 points of stamina from the target. Against another melee fighter that is often worth more than raw damage, because a target without stamina cannot power attack or block effectively.
Where to Find the Blackwater Blade
- Celeste, who leads the Blackwater Brigands, carries it.
- She is found during The Restless, the quest that sends you after an ancient pirate ship. Her body can occasionally fall through the floor on death, which makes the sword unobtainable in that save.
Smithing Guide
