- Bought from spell merchants rather than blacksmiths, who will not stock a staff at all. The selection is random and level dependent, and this one enters the pool at level 34.
- Found in random loot, and carried by mages and necromancers of the appropriate school.
- The court wizard in each hold and the College of Winterhold are the most reliable places to check.
Notes
- Has the wrong enchantment attached, using apprentice Lightning Bolts instead of expert Thunderbolts, which explains the high amount of uses.
