Amidst the Mill's Grist is a Blood and Wine secondary quest in Toussaint. In the vision from the Resonance potion in La Cage au Fou, Geralt also saw a mill. Dettlaff had been there not long before. Geralt goes to Count de la Croix's Mill to look for clues that lead to the killer.

A full search shows that the mill belonged to Count de la Croix. He had put it up for sale, and he was murdered there.
