Dulla kh'Amanni, known in the game as the Ofieri merchant, is a trader from the far-off land of Ofier. He keeps a camp at Upper Mill in northeast Velen, beside the tent of the Runewright. Geralt meets him in Hearts of Stone.
Lore
Dulla and his companions crossed the sea from Ofier and pitched their tents on the Redanian frontier. They came to gain knowledge and to give gifts. Soon after they arrived, locals attacked and robbed them. The thieves were Fallen Knights, and they took a set of Ofieri armor diagrams.
Story
In From Ofier's Distant Shores, the merchant tells Geralt where he was attacked. Geralt can also start the quest by finding one of the stolen diagrams first. He follows the trail from the ambush site to a hidden cellar full of Fallen Knights. A note there points to the other bandit camps. Geralt clears them one by one and recovers all four diagrams. The merchant thanks him and needs a day to translate them. In return, Geralt receives copies that local craftsmen can read.
In Races: Swift as the Western Winds, Geralt praises the merchant's fine horse and challenges him to a race. Roach wins. The merchant takes his loss with great grace and gives the winner an excellent Ofieri saddle.
Relationships
Dulla shares his small camp with other Ofieri travelers. The Runewright, a craftsman who enchants gear, keeps his tent right beside it.
