Negotiator is a Relic silver sword from the base game. The crafted variant deals 405-495 damage at level 35 and gives +15% crit chance. Its diagram spawns at random diagram spots, most often in caves in Velen and Skellige. The crafted variant is a late-game sword. In NG+ it needs level 35 above the starting level.

The crafted sword gives +50 armor piercing, +15% crit chance and +10% stun chance. The looted variant rolls +10-50 armor piercing and +12-16% crit chance, with a fixed +12% stun chance. Its damage rolls between 85-105 and 105-125 at level 1 and rises by 9-11 per level.

Both variants have 3 rune slots. These hold three runestones or one runeword.

Crafted: Find Diagram: Negotiator at a random diagram spot. It turns up most often inside caves in Velen and Skellige.
