1. Find the drowned body in the shallow water near Lebioda's Gate and kill the drowners around it.
2. Loot the body for the ornate key and the sodden letter, then read the letter.
3. Go to the catacombs under the Temple Cemetery.
4. Kill the grave robbers in the catacombs.
5. Unlock the casket with the ornate key for the Toussaint Steel Sword diagram.
