How to Get White Raffard's Decoction
- Get the formula from Otto Bamber at the Herbalist's Hut northeast of Oxenfurt.
- Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 Dwarven Spirit, 2 Ribleaf and 4 Nekker Heart.
- Meditate with strong alcohol such as Dwarven Spirit, Alcohest or White Gull in the inventory to refill its charges.
