Divine Bird Warrior Ornis is a Spirit Ash in Elden Ring that summons the spirit of Ornis, the divine bird warrior. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.

Divine Bird Warrior Ornis summons the golden-armored ancestor of the horned warriors. He fights up close and keeps steady pressure on a target. His wings let him launch a special attack during which he is very hard to hurt. He suits summoners who want an aggressive melee partner and can pay a high FP price.

Summoning it costs 131 FP. It deals Physical damage. As a renowned spirit it upgrades with Ghost Glovewort.

How to Get Divine Bird Warrior Ornis Guide

From the Temple Town Ruins Site of Grace, head north past the Scarlet Buds and Kindred of Rot.
Go uphill and ride the spiritspring onto the ruins above.
Follow the ledge on the right, jump the gap and climb the hill.
The spirit ash sits in a treasure chest inside the building at the top, in the Rauh Ruins.

Combat

Ornis fights in golden armor and wields wings and feathers granted by divine invocation. He presses enemies with a steady stream of melee attacks. He also strikes from range with a holy attack. During his special attack he becomes almost impossible to damage. He has a high summoning cost compared to most spirits.

"Spirit of the divine bird warrior from whom the horned warriors claimed descent. Clad in golden armor, and granted wings and feathers of divine invocation. Ornis succeeded in taming the divine bird and made its wings his own as he soared through the sky. When he finally fell to earth, he lived on as the guardian deity of the temple quarter."
