The Fire Knight Armor (Altered) is a piece of chest armor in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Fire Knight Set. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
The Fire Knight Armor (Altered) is the altered form of the armor of the Fire Knights under Messmer the Impaler's personal command, knights from renowned families of the Erdtree's upper echelons who were shunned and driven from their homes after pledging themselves to Messmer. Altering it at any Site of Grace reshapes the armor and changes its stats, and unlike the original it does not boost Messmer's flame incantations. As chest armor it sits at medium weight with solid defense and fair poise. It suits fire knight style melee builds that want the Fire Knight look without depending on its incantation bonus.
Stats
It offers 17 poise for 8.4 weight.
Altering
Its unaltered form, Fire Knight Armor, weighs 9.3 instead of 8.4 and carries 19 poise instead of 17. Altering works at any Site of Grace.
