The Jagged Peak is a towering mountain in the south-east of the Realm of Shadow. It can be seen from many high points across the realm. Dragons and drakes nest on its slopes, and red lightning strikes the rocks near the summit. Bayle the Dread waits at the top. It is one of the hardest optional climbs of the expansion.
Lore
Bayle the Dread is a mighty dragon who bears a burning hatred for the Dragonlord. The remains of drake warriors lie along the deadly climb. A Stranded Soul at the Elder's Hovel calls on Bayle to destroy the Ancient Dragons.
Geography
The climb begins at the Foot of the Jagged Peak, past the Dragon's Pit. A spiritspring and a bridge lead up to the Foot of the Jagged Peak Site of Grace. The path winds up the Jagged Peak Mountainside, where drakes guard the ledges. It ends at the Jagged Peak Summit, Bayle's arena.
Bosses
Bayle the Dread waits at the summit. Jagged Peak Drakes and the Ancient Dragon Senessax guard the slopes.
