Heart of Bayle is a tool in Elden Ring. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
The Heart of Bayle is the two-chambered heart of Bayle the Dread. It is dotted with horn-like gravel stones. Eating it at the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion grants Bayle's power. The priestess calls it the purest form of Communion.
Use
The heart is traded at the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion for one of two incantations: Bayle's Flame Lightning or Bayle's Tyranny. It works like a Remembrance with a choice of two rewards.
