Taylew the Golem Smith is a Spirit Ash in Elden Ring that summons the spirit of Taylew, a stone golem. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

Taylew the Golem Smith summons a sturdy stone golem who launches his own fists as projectiles. He soaks up attacks and draws enemies away from the summoner. He also hits hard and breaks stance well. He suits summoners who want a tank and can keep him healed.

Clear Taylew's Ruined Forge.
Return to the central platform moved by the lever and ride it up.
Jump left near the top, climb the ladder and interact with the furnace.
The furnace gives the spirit ash together with an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.

Combat

Taylew fires his fists at foes from a distance and also fights up close. His blows are heavy and stagger enemies often. He has high resistances to damage unless he is struck from behind. His HP pool is low for a spirit of his cost, so healing keeps him in the fight much longer. He is slow and rarely avoids incoming attacks.
