Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone is an upgrade material in Elden Ring.
The Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone is the rarest stone for regular armaments. It performs the final upgrade, from +24 to +25. No merchant sells it in bulk, and each playthrough holds only a limited supply. It belongs to the very end of a run, so the choice of weapon to finish matters.
Use
Smithing Master Hewg in Roundtable Hold or War Counselor Iji performs the upgrade. A single stone takes a regular armament from +24 to +25. The upgrade also costs runes.
"Smithing stone made by polishing a golden Gravel Stone. A scale of the Ancient Dragonlord, and hidden treasure of Farum Azula. Strengthens armaments up to +25. The Ancient Dragonlord's seat is said to lie beyond time. This stone lightly twists time, allowing the creation of a weapon capable of slaying a god."
