It is made at the Workbench. One craft makes 100. Reading "Imagine This" (Searching For Hidden Tombs 1/3) adds a hint into the Set List. This block is then obtained by looting the Bone Block in the Hidden Tomb northwest of the Ancient Spire - Springlands.
