How to get the Flame Shield
You can find the Legendary Flame Shield in the Nomad Highlands by looting treasure chests. The golden chest has the highest chance of dropping the Flame Shield. These chests can be farmed repeatedly until it drops by placing a Flame Altar nearby (but far enough away so that the Altar's area of effect is outside of the golden chest location) and then logging in and out of your private sever/hosted game world to reset the looted chest repeatedly until you get the Flame Shield.
