The Outer Orrery Rings are the widest set of orbital rings from an Ancient planetary model. Joined with the Inner Orrery Rings and Middle Orrery Rings, they show a whole planetary system.
Notes
All three ring sets go on an Orrery Display Pillar for the Alchemist.
How to Get Outer Orrery Rings Guide
They lie at Manathor's Plaza, a sky island named after the eldest of the Ancients. The journal describes a magnetic pull from one flying island that may lead to the rings.
