Region Leonida

Mount Kalaga National Park is a national landmark on the northern border of Leonida. It offers room to breathe on the far fringes of the state. Its motto is Wild, Wild Country. Forests, canyons and rivers cover most of the park.

The park offers prime hunting, fishing and off-road trails. It shows the wild side of the state. Deer drink from the streams, while cougars stalk them through the woods. Hunters walk the forest paths with bolt-action rifles. Dirt bikes and quad bikes race each other through the thick mud. Kayakers paddle down the river towards a rail bridge. Canyon roads wind between steep hills topped with green woodland. News helicopters fly low over the wooded ridges.

The wider north of the state offers even more to do outdoors. Bike trails, farms and golf courses spread across the countryside around the park. The '67 Vapid Dominator Buggy is a Mud Club monster built for the backwoods of Mount Kalaga and beyond.

Deep in the lush backwoods, hillbilly mystics and paranoid radicals make their homes. They live there far from the prying eyes of the government.
