SUVs and Off-Road
SUVs and off-road vehicles are the tough machines of Leonida. The class covers family SUVs, luxury off-roaders, pickup trucks, quad bikes and buggies. They belong wherever the smooth road ends. The backwoods of Mount Kalaga, the swamps of the Grassrivers and the beaches of Vice City all suit them.
Vapid leads the class with its pickups and off-roaders. It builds the Aleutian, the Caracara 4x4, the Contender, the Sandking XL, the Ganado and the Dominator Buggy. Declasse builds the big Granger SUVs and the Walton L35 Stock and Yosemite 1500 pickups. Canis, Benefactor, Enus, Nagasaki, Annis and Dinka add their own models.
The Dominator Buggy is the wildest of the class, a classic muscle car rebuilt as a mud-plugging off-roader. The Ganado stands out as Jason Duval's own well-worn pickup. The Caracara 4x4 is Brian Heder's everyday truck. The Kamacho is a long, rugged pickup that takes well to custom off-road builds. The Mesa is a small, tough SUV for dirt tracks and paved roads alike. The Dubsta is the boxy luxury off-roader, and its square shape stands out in any car park. The Granger and the Granger 3600LX are the huge, roomy family haulers. The second generation Bison does double duty, with work crews and the police both driving it.
For pure off-road fun, the Outlaw buggy and the Blazer quad bike handle dirt, mud and sand. The Verus quad bike works the beaches of Vice City in red lifeguard colours.

The Vapid Aleutian is a large, modern family SUV. It has a roomy cabin for the whole family. The Aleutian follows the fourth generation Ford Expedition. It has a tall, square body and a broad chrome grille. The Aleutian first appeared in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Astron is a compact SUV built by Pfister. An Astron drives through a brightly lit junction in Vice City at night. The Astron also appears in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The second generation Bravado Bison is a modern full-size pickup truck. It has a roomy crew cab and an open load bed. Work crews and the police both drive it in Leonida. The newer Bison has a tall, square front with a large grille. Its cab has full rear doors, and a long bed sits behind it. A dark Bison drives ahead of the Final Chapter MC bikers on a main road in Ambrosia. A white Bison with a company livery waits on a waterfront road in Watson Bay. A white police Bison stops in the middle of a street in Vice Beach. Officers leap out of it with their guns drawn.
The Blazer is a single-seat quad bike built by Nagasaki. It suits sand, dirt and back roads. A gang of riders on Blazers and dirt bikes tears through a neighbourhood in Vice City. The Blazer also appears in Grand Theft Auto V.
The Vapid Caracara 4x4 is a big off-road pickup truck. It is built for rough ground. Brian Heder drives one as his everyday truck. The Caracara 4x4 follows the second generation Ford F-150 Raptor. It has a wide, aggressive front and a tall body. Brian Heder leans out of the window of his silver Caracara 4x4. Jason Duval sits beside him in the cab. Elsewhere, Brian stands by the same truck and hands Jason a pistol. The Caracara 4x4 first appeared in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Contender is a large four-door pickup truck built by Vapid. It is tough enough for rough ground and big enough for a full crew. The Contender also appears in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Dorado is a four-door SUV. It turns up in the Grassrivers. A silver Dorado sits in a waterside car park in the Grassrivers, among other parked trucks and cars.
The Benefactor Dubsta is a boxy luxury off-roader. Its square shape stands out in any car park. The Dubsta follows the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. It has flat panels, upright glass and round headlamps. The Dubsta appeared in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Ganado is a low-riding classic pickup built by Vapid. It is Jason Duval's own well-worn car. The Ganado is long and low, with a car-style front and an open load bed behind the cab. A retro build adds a raised bonnet scoop, chrome wheels and Ganado script on the flanks. A bull's head badge sits in the middle of the grille. The Ganado sits outside Jason Duval's safehouse, a wooden house on stilts by the water. His Dinka Enduro and Crest Kayak rest beside it. Jason also drives the Ganado along a coastal road with turquoise sea beside it.
The Declasse Granger is a huge full-size SUV. It is heavy and roomy. The Granger appeared in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Granger 3600LX is a full-size SUV built by Declasse. It is big, heavy and roomy.
The Annis Hellion is a compact two-door off-road SUV. It is a sturdy off-roader for dirt roads. The Hellion first appeared in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Jubilee is a luxury SUV built by Enus. A Jubilee parks among customised cars on a city street in Vice City. A dark Jubilee also waits in the background of a late-night deal in Port Gellhorn. The Jubilee also appears in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Canis Kamacho is a long, rugged off-road pickup truck. It is built to crawl over rough ground and carry gear in its bed. It takes well to custom off-road builds. The Kamacho draws on Jeep concept trucks that recall the old Kaiser Jeep M715. It has a flat bonnet, round headlamps and a wide grille marked Canis. A lime green Kamacho stands inside One-Eyed Willie's workshop. Its bonnet is raised while mechanics work on the engine and wheels. The Kamacho first appeared in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Landstalker XL is a full-size SUV built by Dundreary. A Landstalker XL parks on a neon-lit main strip in Vice City, just ahead of a Coquette D10. The Landstalker XL also appears in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Canis Mesa is a small, tough off-road SUV. Its boxy shape and short body suit dirt tracks as well as paved roads. The Mesa follows the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It has a square body, round headlamps and short overhangs. A red Mesa drives along the Keys Causeway in the Leonida Keys. The Mesa appeared in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. An older two-door Mesa drove in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
The Novak is a high-end crossover SUV built by Lampadati. Its rounded shape mainly follows the Maserati Levante. Some details come from the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The Novak also appears in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Nagasaki Outlaw is a nimble side-by-side buggy. It is made for dirt, mud and sand. A heavily customised white Outlaw rolls along a street in Vice City. Dirt bike riders pull wheelies beside it under a highway overpass. The Outlaw first appeared in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Sandking XL is a lifted four-door pickup truck built by Vapid. It sits high off the ground for rough terrain. A dark Sandking XL sits in a waterside car park in the Grassrivers, among a row of other parked vehicles. The Sandking XL also appears in Grand Theft Auto V.
The Verus is a quad bike built by Dinka. A red lifeguard version works the beaches of Vice City. The lifeguard Verus is bright red with an equipment box strapped to its rear rack and a light bar on the front. A red lifeguard Verus stands on the sand beside a yellow lifeguard tower on a busy Vice City beach. Sunbathers walk past in swimwear. The Verus also appears in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Declasse Walton L35 Stock is a small, plain pickup truck. It is a simple workhorse with an open load bed. The Walton L35 follows the Chevrolet S-10 of the early nineties. It has a short cab and a compact bed. A Walton L35 Stock sits parked near the Wonder Whale in the Leonida Keys. Another one waits on a wet street near the Delights strip club in Port Gellhorn. The Walton L35 Stock first appeared in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Yosemite 1500 is a two-door pickup truck built by Declasse. A green Yosemite 1500 drives down a quiet road in the Leonida Keys. A cyclist and a dog travel in front of it, past a huge painted lizard statue.
